Late Arrival Policy (Mandatory Agreement at Booking) To respect the time of all our clients and maintain the flow of our schedule, please be advised of the following policy: If you arrive more than 5 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, you will be required to reschedule. Our sessions are short and intentional—ranging from 10 to 25 minutes—with only a 10-minute buffer between appointments. This policy ensures that each client receives their full experience without overlap or delay. By booking your session, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
