A personal note from your Sonographers, Christine, Alicia and Christina

When choosing a studio to perform your 3D Ultrasound, please make sure you research the Sonographers who will be performing this service. They should be nationally registered as a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer and have at least 2 years experience in an OB setting. This does not include their time in school or clinical hours. We encourage you to be proactive and ask any questions you may have regarding your 3D elective ultrasound. Below is a small synopsis of our work experience.

I have over 26 years of experience scanning OB at Cape Coral Hospital. At CCH, I was the Lead Sonographer, a Clinical Instructor, and a Clinical Advisor for Keiser University. In August of 2021, I made the decision to retire from the hospital setting and open Peek a Boo Baby. This studio allows me to share my expertise in a fun, exciting, and relaxing environment. My favorite part of my new work day, aside from seeing the tiny little ones on the screen, is watching the excitement on everyone's faces as they enjoy the Peeks. Truly the best! ~Christine

I have over 8 years experience scanning OB at Health Park Medical Center. Aside from scanning very premature babies, I am also very proficient in scanning twins and triplets. I was also a Clinical Instructor to many Keiser students as well. I too left the hospital setting to work here at Peek a Boo Baby. It's such a great joy for me as well to see all of the happy smiles and excitement everyone gets from watching the ultrasounds. ~Alicia

I have over 7 years experience scanning OB at Health Park Medical Center and Cape Coral Hospital. I have a passion for ultrasound, and I absolutely love the excitement in the room when new parents are able to see their little one for the first time. Working at Peek a Boo gives me a unique opportunity to encompass everything I love about my career in a fun and relaxing environment. ~Christina
We are collegiately trained, and both have acquired Bachelor of Science degrees. We are nationally registered in Ultrasound through ARDMS, (American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonographers). We are members of SDMS, (Society of Diagnostic Medical Sonography). We utilize a fundamental approach to the safe use of Ultrasound at the lowest output power and the shortest scan time consistent with the ALARA principle, (As low as reasonably achievable.) We use the most cutting-edge technology which includes Smartface and ilive. This software is the top of the line when it comes to 3D/4D/5D imaging. We have over 33 years of experience making us elite in the Ultrasound community.
